Meet Mokomichi

August 29th, 2007 at 7:17 pm

This little thing practically followed me home from school today. No matter how many times I’ve told it not to come to me, it does the complete opposite (like some people I know). It mewed all the way to the apartment and my father assumed that I found it and out of the goodness of my heart, I took it home with me.

But I digress.

Dad thought it was so kind and compassionate for me bring the kitten home. I reminded him that animals weren’t allowed in the building but he casually tossed the thought aside. He named the kitten “Mokomichi” after checking if it’s a boy or a girl (it’s a strange name, I’ll admit).

I made sure I made it clear that “Mokomichi” will stay with us until we can find a good home for him. He seems to like the little bed Dad set up for him in the kitchen. The little thing has a good appetite too.

Kami, I hope the landlady doesn’t throw us out…

Well… Mokomichi is something all right. I’m still looking for someone to take the little thing in though…
