Set an Appointment
Welcome to the online appointments section. To ensure 100% service, please read through the procedures and proper conduct guidelines below. If anything is amiss and if something isn’t clear, please feel free to contact us.
All appointments will be individually screened, so please make sure to double-check the information you’ll be providing.
- If you haven’t done so yet, register an account in the Winglica Forum.
- Now that customers are participating, the customer must also read and understand the first seven items before and the first two items after the timeline format example of the Roleplaying Guidelines of the Rules for Roleplay thread.
- While on that same thread, also read the Specific Roleplaying Guidelines for Customers towards the end of the topic.
- Follow the Appointments Format
- Go to the Appointments Forum
- Click the New Topic link and post the appointment request.
- Please note that at this point, the request is in screening, it does not immediately mean that the customer is scheduled for a roleplay with the characters.
- Once the request has passed the screening process, the appointment will then be replied to and added to the schedule list. The customer will also be notified of the schedule by email, and will be sent further instructions. Please check the two locations for any updates.
- The customer has the right to cancel an appointment at least a day before the appointed date.
How to Piss Off the Hosts
- Create multiple user accounts and simultaneously request for all the hosts available.
Kyouya: This creates stress for the hosts to plan around their schedules outside the site. As much as people would like to think that we live for the Host Club - we have lives too.
Hikaru: It’s just annoying on the memberlist. - Request for a host and not show up on the appointed date.
Tamaki: ;_;
Hikaru: Kaoru and I had to give up an overnight trip with our mother for this.
Kyouya: We have set aside specific dates and times for you. Please at least make the effort to say that you cannot make it or cancel the appointment in question. - God mode.
Hikaru: Geez. We already have puppeteers, we don’t need another to tell us what to do. Play your own role. - Leave a false email address.
Kyouya: If we’re trying get in touch with you, a real e-mail address is truly appreciated. How else shall we get our Host Club newsletters to you?
