Cancel an Appointment
Should the customer wish to cancel an appointment, the following guidelines must be read and performed:
- An appointment may be cancelled through the following:
- By email
- Provide a link to the appointment thread.
- By replying to the customer’s appointment thread
- By email
- The customer has the right to cancel an appointment at least a day before the appointed date. If an appointment is cancelled on the day itself, the customer’s future reservation will not be prioritized during screening until their credibility is reestablished.
