Cancel an Appointment

Should the customer wish to cancel an appointment, the following guidelines must be read and performed:

  • An appointment may be cancelled through the following:
    • By email
      • Provide a link to the appointment thread.
    • By replying to the customer’s appointment thread
  • The customer has the right to cancel an appointment at least a day before the appointed date. If an appointment is cancelled on the day itself, the customer’s future reservation will not be prioritized during screening until their credibility is reestablished.
